Commissioned by the borough’s planning team, DK-CM produced a comprehensive study setting out parameters for growth, conservation, regeneration and public life in Orpington town centre. A detailed study of the existing context led to clear and specific recommendations for density, character, public realm and environment, all of which is now being taken forward to inform Supplementary Planning Guidance for the Town Centre.
