Ten Houses, Thurrock
A proposal for ten courtyard houses for a site in South Essex.
Our proposal is a low-rise high-density scheme of 2, 3 and 4-bedroom dwellings, each of which has direct access to large areas of shared green space and its own private brick courtyard.
Context
This project was part of a wider proposal developed with Henley Halebrown.
