Harrow Arts Centre Phase 1
Delivering the first phase of DK-CM’s masterplan by bringing a number of redundant or underused buildings back into use.
DK-CM provided Harrow Council with a comprehensive, realistic but ambitious masterplan for the expansion and consolidation of Harrow Arts Centre in 2018. The project won support from a cross-party group of councillors and the first phases of the masterplan are now being implemented.
Context
DK-CM delivered Phase 1 of the masterplan in 2021, transforming and revitalising a number of redundant or underused buildings to provide bookable space and front-of-house facilities for the Arts Centre.
